The staff were helpful and attentive. Richard, the driver, was great. Free airport shuttle service. Spacious room with comfortable bed and complete kitchen.
Couldn't stay longer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and responded appropriately to our questions. They were very welcoming and provided great customer service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We especially appreciated the airport transfer service, which was a great convenience. The hotel's location was in a quiet area, providing a peaceful environment for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This place really knows how to decorate for Christmas! The lobby was beautifully decked out with festive decorations and it really put me in the holiday spirit. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, wishing me a Merry Christmas as soon as I walked in. the location was perfect. It was close to all the main shopping areas and attractions, making it easy for me to get around and enjoy my holiday.
There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom didn't look like it had been properly cleaned. It really took away from the overall experience and made me question the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

The airport transfer was great and it was free of charge. the bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. the room was spacious enough to move around and the location was quite convenient. It was close to restaurants and tourist spots.
The food service was slow, and my meal took an hour to be delivered. the room smelled a bit musty and the air conditioning was not working very well.
